Airman 1st Class Kantrell Gray poses with his Air Traffic Controller’s Pledge. After a year of training Gray received his Air Traffic Controller badge on June 17, 2014 at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. Air Traffic Controller’s do not receive their badge until they have completed five level training. After technical training is completed Airmen train for additional three months to over a year to receive their Air Traffic Control badge.
