Chief Master Sergeant Robert Boyer, Command Chief Master Sergeant, 19th Air Force, JBSA-Randolph, speaks with Airmen at the Laughlin Air Force Base fire department on Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Feb. 24, 2015. Boyer’s two-day visit included breakfast with enlisted Airmen, lunch with Laughlin superintendents and first sergeants, mission briefs with Laughlin leadership and site visits to 18 base agencies.
