Pinwheel garden

Chief Master Sgt. Eric Hall, 47th Medical Group superintendent, helps children place pinwheels outside of the Child Development Center on Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, recently. Pinwheels are used to symbolize childlike notions, and to represent the happy and healthy lives children deserve. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Jimmie D. Pike)
