The “Airman’s Spotlight,” is a section dedicated to showcasing Laughlin’s Airmen with a prompt they answer candidly. The Airman’s Spotlight is open to all Airmen of any rank, and is selected at random. This week’s selection is Senior Airman John McGovern, 47th Medical Operations Squadron aerospace physiology technician. McGovern talked about how aerospace physiology exists to support the pilots of Laughlin not only during training, but at any point in their career.
