XLer of the week: Alejandro Alvarado
Alejandro Alvarado, 47th Contracting Flight contract officer, writes out plans on his board on April 2, 2019 at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. Alvarado’s role as a contracting officer involves numerous tasks, topmost of which is soliciting, evaluating, negotiating, and awarding contracts, furnishing products and services to the Federal Government.
