XLer of the week: Staff Sgt. Samantha Scheinost

Staff Sgt. Samantha Schienost, 47th Operations Support Squadron Host Aviation Resource Management NCO in charge, was awarded the “XLer” of the week, July 31, 2019 at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, for her ingenuity with innovating processes and taking the time to improve herself through going to college—all while keeping her shop afloat. “It’s great even to be considered and to know my command shows the confidence they have in in me to maintain HARM’s day-to-day operations,” Scheinost said.
