Enlisted dorms get a visit

Lt. Gen. Brad Webb, commander of Air Education and Training Command (AETC), goes over his thoughts on quality of life improvements, Aug. 14, 2019, at Laughlin Air Force base, Texas. Webb assumed command of AETC on July 26 and visits Laughlin as part of his immersion tour.
