XLer of the week: 1st Lt. Marc Howe

First Lt. Marc Howe, 86th Flying Training Squadron flight scheduler and instructor pilot, takes on the task of preparing a quality schedule for his team, May 1, 2020 at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. Howe is a first assignment instructor pilot, and he believes doing his job--whether it's creating schedules or instructing students--to the best of his ability is what he owes his team to keep morale high and the mission progressing.
