First FAIP flagship unveiled at Laughlin

Capt. Melaine Valentin, 47th Student Squadron instructor pilot and art designer for the first assignment instructor pilot flagship, takes pictures of the aircraft after its reveal June 26, 2020 at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. Valentin described how incredible it was to see everyone’s hard work come to fruition. “Getting to see the glossy paint up-close and personal is always awesome; as much as these jets fly, it won’t stay clean and shiny forever,” she said.
