Candice Arcuri, 47th Contracting Flight contracting officer, at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Aug. 31, 2020. Prior to arriving at Laughlin, Arcuri was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. where she served as a warranted contracting officer, but her warrant was deactivated due to her departure for Officer Training School.
