Local Educators learn at Laughlin

Joe Frank Ramirez, Career and Technical Education director, discusses the merits of the Grow Your Own program at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, July 18, 2023. The Grow Your Own program allows Laughlin to reach out to the local community and provide experience to high schoolers interested in joining the military or the government civilian workforce.
