Daniel Gallegos, 47th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) chief project management element, introduces the results of the airfield lighting project at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Aug. 18, 2023. The new airfield lighting project will be a modern and reliable replacement to the old lighting system installed in the 1960s, allowing the CES to focus additional attention elsewhere on Laughlin.
