LOMRS welcomes newest commander

U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Avis McCaslin, outgoing Laughlin Operational Medical Readiness Squadron (LOMRS) commander, renders a final salute to their squadron during the LOMRS change of command ceremony at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, June 18, 2026.
