Laughlin Firefighters Tackle Aircraft Burn Simulation
Firefighters from the 47th Civil Engineer Squadron spray water at a simulated engine cell on an aircraft live fire simulator at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Oct. 15, 2024. When fighting the fire, the variable nozzle on the hose will be used to adjust how the stream of water lands on the fire, this can include a large cone of water to a tight jet to blast areas at further distances.
