    SUPT Class 18-10 set to graduate

    All Laughlin members are invited to attend Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training Class 18-10’s graduation ceremony at 10 a.m., June 8 at Anderson Hall here. Lt. Col. Cory Christoffer, 47th Student Squadron commander, will be the guest speaker.
  • Laughlin’s SUPT program is a 52-week training course, with more than 500 hours in academics and 60 hours in simulation, before partaking in 200 hours of flight in the T-6A Texan II and either the T-38C Talon II or the T-1A Jayhawk. The training provided by these instructors, like Atkins, forms the basic flight skills crucial to a student's flying career.

    All Laughlin members are invited to attend Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training Class 18-09’s graduation ceremony at 10 a.m. May 18 in Anderson Hall here.
  • Capt. Stephen MacDonald, 85th Flying Training Squadron assistant director of operations, was chosen by wing leadership to be the “XLer” of the week, for the week of Apr. 9, 2018, at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. The “XLer” award, presented by Col. Charlie Velino, 47th Flying Training Wing commander, is given to those who consistently make outstanding contributions to their unit and the Laughlin mission.
