The “XLer” award, presented byCol. Cary Jones, 47th Flying Training Wing vice commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Brian Lewis, 47th Operations Group superintendent, is given to those who consistently make outstanding contributions to their unit and the Laughlin mission.
