Why she XLed: Caldera managed 100 visits across three providers and four technicians with a cost of $5,000, and was vital to the patients’ satisfaction. She was the peer review monitor for the mental health clinic who audited 156 charts by identifying 371 errors and fixed three months of backlog. Caldera also volunteered with Laughlin’s Chilly 5K and helped raise $3,900 for an abused and neglected human services program.
