Black History Month luncheon
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Master Sgt. Keith Martin leads members of the Del Rio Community Gospel Choir in a short concert at the Black History Month luncheon at Club XL here Feb. 23. More than 100 people attended the event that also featured a speech by Col.
