ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Report positive home tests to your primary care manager.
• Negative test results are not required to return to work.
• You may return to work after 24 hours if symptoms have improved without fever-reducing medication, unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
• Commanders may limit voluntary mask wearing if necessary for safety or military operational reasons.
